At the heart of Revel is Chef Johnny Graham, whose culinary path stretches from his roots in New Orleans to the kitchens of Martha’s Vineyard and beyond. With experience in fine dining and casual settings around the world, Johnny brings a unique mix of refinement, warmth, and creativity to every dish.
His cooking is grounded in seasonality, shaped by the island’s farms and waters, and guided by a belief that food should be clean, expressive, and meant to be shared.
